1. Who we are

HR Electronics OÜ (“FastModern”, “we”, “us”) provides design, development, and consulting services. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website, contact forms, and project workflows. Our registered address appears in the Imprint.

2. Data we process

• Contact data: name, email, company, phone provided via forms or sales calls.
• Project data: requirements, brand assets, and credentials shared during engagements.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics (Lighthouse runs, Core Web Vitals) stored with consent.

3. Legal bases

We rely on contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for project delivery, legitimate interest for security monitoring, and consent for analytics/marketing cookies. CPRA/CCPA and LGPD rights are honoured equivalently.

4. Retention

We store client records for 5 years post-engagement unless longer retention is required by EU bookkeeping rules. Analytics data is aggregated and deleted within 14 months.

5. International transfers

Infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Vercel Frankfurt, Hetzner, and EU-based S3-compatible storage). If partners outside the EEA are involved, we use SCCs or DPA addenda.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing by emailing [email protected]. EU residents can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
