Terms of Service

1. Engagement

HR Electronics OÜ delivers design, development, and consulting services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Deviations are treated as change requests.

2. Payment

For most projects we follow a 50% upfront / 50% on delivery milestone schedule. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance. Late payments may accrue a finance fee as noted on the invoice.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code, assets, and documentation. FastModern retains rights to internal tooling and pre-existing IP.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared assets and credentials private. NDAs can be executed upon request.

5. Warranties & liability

We warrant that deliverables will substantially meet the agreed scope. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are handled in Tallinn County Court unless otherwise agreed.
